Automatic onboarding od users / User Management , on Genesys cloud from OKTA

Hi Dev Forum ,

Can we do automatic onboarding of users from OKTA/SSO without SCIM . Using SCIM there is an additional license charge on OKTA side .

Has any one developed this instead of using SCIM .
