Availability of Additional Metrics in Agent Copilot Summary Analytics API

Hi All,

I came across the following API:
/api/v2/analytics/summaries/aggregates/query – Query for Agent Copilot aggregates and associated metrics (screenshot attached).

I also reviewed the release notes from February 10, 2025, which mention the availability of Agent Copilot summary analytics via API:

However, when I checked the /api/v2/analytics/agentcopilots/aggregates/query endpoint, I only see a limited set of selected metrics nothing related to summaries (as shown in the attached screenshot).

Anyone has any idea or more details on when additional summary-related metrics will be available? Specifically, I am looking for metrics such as:

  • Generated summaries
  • Failures
    • Timeout
    • Too Long
    • Too Short
  • Wrap Code Predicted
    • Timeout
    • Failed to Generate

Any insights on the roadmap for these metrics would be appreciated.
