I implemented a lex bot within a genesys call flow, the problem I facing is that the response time on lex through the aws lex console is much faster then within the call flow, in aws lex console is about 0.7 s and within the genesys call flow is about 3-4 s which too long
Is this question in regards to the Lex or Lex V2 integration? These 2 versions of the integration operate differently so understanding that will help in answering any questions.
There always will be a little difference between how quickly the AWS Console can provide a response compared to Genesys Cloud having to perform the integration steps as well. In general the Lex V2 integration allows for a more streaming solution that should be an improvement.
Genesys Care can help dig into the details of specific interactions too if that's necessary.
