AWS S3 recording bulk actions integration - timing of S3 bulk export

Hi team -

When does this S3 bulk recording export occur/start in a day? Just to make sure, my org of interest sits in APNE1 region (and therefore the local time is in Japan Standard Time).

Note that I am aware that the bulk action takes a bit of time, and we cannot be sure how long it would take.
(With recording-bulk s3 integration- how long it takes for recordings from Genesys to get to the S3 buckets - #3),
