Just wondering how to backup and restore entire configuration in a call center. Any ideas?

Genesys Cloud does not have a comprehensive snapshot and recovery tool. Tools like the Genesys CLI or CX as Code can be used to export targeted configuration and as part of the backup and recovery process but they are not a "shrink-wrapped" solution. It is the responsibility of the owner of the organization to implement and test a recovery process.
I know there has been a significant amount of conversations within the product management team about these types of operational characteristics. I encourage you to open or vote on this issue in our Ideas portal.
