Behavior of locking/unlocking smartphone

We are using a custom SDK and our custom UI and testing locking smartphones within minutes and unlocking back to our web page. Within around 15 minutes of unlocking, our Messenger get restored with all functionalities working, and I believe MessagingServices.restored is fired because the messages get updated with the latest(10% of the time not updated). But if tested locking and unlocking after 30 minutes, our messenger is deemed unuseable. We cannot send message nor clear the session. Is this behavior solveable?

Hello @IvanDg we tested this again on our side, even after 30 mins it is working as expected. Would recommend raising ticket with Genesys Care.
