Hi,
I am trying to do blind transfer to secure call flow using agent script. I have given "secure call flow id"@localhost when agent click on Disconnect button.
I have few prompts to collect customer input in secure call flow. In interaction panel it shows transferred to secure call flow but it disconnects from the customer side once transferred.
It works fine, if I transfer to inbound call flow but not with secure call flow. Am I missing anything ?
