Block incoming file attachments from Whatsapp, IG, etc

Hi All,

With all the text-based channels like WhatsApp, IG, etc., customers can use the native tools to attach and send a file that then shows up in the conversation with the agent. Is there a way to block or delete these files so they do not appear on the agent's screen?

You can use Content Profiles to manage the types allowed and restrict it completely.
