Blocking Spam Customers from Calling or Chatting

Hello Team,

I am looking for a way to block spam customers or users from web chatting in. I am being told that this is not possible within Genesys.

If your website has anti-spam technologies built into it, those features should only offer chat to non-spam customers. For example, your website might challenge the user with a recaptcha test before presenting the user with an option to start a Genesys Cloud chat.
