Hi,

My customer wants to know if it's possible to use PKCE Auth method, with the blueprint Update presence of Microsoft Teams User.
Can Genesys Cloud use PKCE to connect to MS Graph?

Hi Romuald,

Data actions do not have native support for PKCE. You could potentially implement PKCE in a Genesys Function (currently in beta), if you need that authentication approach:

I will say based on reading the following page PKCE doesn't really seem appropriate for Data Actions. Data Actions are able to securely store a client Secret.

Thanks for your answer. This confirms what I thought. I don't know why the customer want use PKCE for Data Actions.
