On resource center article comparing channel & bot feature capabilities
In the following table - its mentioned image is not supported for bots using botconnector - but its support for Genesys Digital Bot Flow
I want to understand what is meant by this ? I mean what image related feature we can use from within Digital Bot Flows - that we are not able to use from within Bot Connector .
Incase anybody else got confused with the same as I did - let me provide an answer
In Genesys Cloud Digital Bot Flow - in the Communicate Block we have the ability to send an Image - this capability doesnt exist in the bot connector based bot - thats what the resource center article is stating
