I am testing the Yes/No question in Genesys Bot flow and realised that sometimes (most of the time) the system is not recognizing the word "No".
When I answer the question with a "No" the bot question still appears to navigate through the "yes" path.
I checked the Utterance history and the system is capturing my NO as " Yeah No"
Has anyone had any similar incidents and how do I rectify this?
Yeah , i am encountering the same problem. The action is taking the 'YES" path although I keep saying 'No'. I have increased the confidence level to 100 but still the same issue. I raised that to Genesys Support. hope to get some advice as its doesn't seem to work as expected.

This is a known issue, where STT transcriptions have alternates that are confusing like the "yah no"/"yeah no". There are tickets currently in progress to address it, so hopefully you will see an improvement soon.

What I Noticed on the other hand. If you say 'NO' in a very angry tone/pitch. It picks up "No yeah"
Let's hope this gets progressed quickly in line
