Since we released our PureCloud and Amazon Lex integration last year we have spent a lot of time with customers to explain the integration, talking about about how to best use the technology to solve their use cases, and honestly helping dispel the myths around the technology. We decided for our Genesys EMEA G-Summit conference this year we wanted to show how easy it is to create a chatbot that could take a simple drink order in PureCloud integrated with a bot built with Amazon Lex. What better way to showcase this than to build a bot that would help expedite ordering a nice frosty beverage at the end of a long day.
