We have the legal requirement to download all of our recordings to a local storage. We followed precisely the steps described in the following article: https://developer.genesys.cloud/analyticsdatamanagement/recording/recordings-downloader and technically the solution works. But unfortunately, the runtime behavior is very slow. Over the day we create several packages of recordings that we want to download (before 9am, -12am, -2pm, -5pm, rest of the day) But one single job already consumes a total runtime of five hours, which is too long for us. Is there any known way of how we can speed this up? Would it make sense to decrease the number of recordings exported per bulk? (Right now, about 1500) Or should we even increase the number of recordings per export? Any idea to improve our current situation would be highly appreciated, thanks!
