I need to export around 6 month's call recordings into an S3 bucket on a CX2 (named) system. The fair usage chart (Genesys Cloud fair use policy - Genesys Cloud Resource Center) says we can make 110k API calls in a month.
Can someone confirm that if I made a single call to the Bulk Export Recordings API to export all 6 month's worth of call recordings, this would count as 1 call. Or would it be 1 call for every recording?
