Does the POST /api/v2/recording/jobs let us bulk export web message interactions as well? If not is their a bulk method for Web Messaging?
I don't have an AWS integration handy yet to export to an S3 bucket to just test it out.

Yes, it exports all recordings.
I don't have access to an AWS Integration and haven't used it for a couple of years. But I remember it did export webchat transcripts.
