BYOC Inbound call is failing due to unprocessed ACK

Hello!

I'm trying to place an inbound call from AWS EC2 instance towards Genesys Cloud via an external BYOC SIP trunk.

The inbound call is being placed from a test EC2 instance in our AWS Account (35.177.74.237 London) towards one of your public Genesys Cloud SIP IP addresses in London (3.11.48.81 lb04.voice.euw2.pure.cloud)

I'm getting a response (200 OK) to the initial INVITE that I send out, but the subsequent ACK seems to be failing to reach you or be processed, because I keep receiving 200 OK retransmissions.

Would you happen to see any issues with it?
