Call Duration Clarification

Continuing the discussion from Conversation Details from Analytics API:

"Call duration is derived from looking at the segment start and end times for each participant. The "phases" of the call can also be determined by looking at the participants (ivr, queues, agents, etc.)."

I assumed that I could grab the last segment from the last session from the last participant.

But there seems to be a scenario where say the (last -1) participant has a segment that is actually later.

So I should ignore the participant ordering and just look at the greatest segment end?

Correct. There is no guarantee of the order in any collection.
