Call notes not reflecting in any of the events in call

Call notes entered during or after the call did not appear in any of the call events. I want to get the value entered in the notes section.

Hi Saqib,

To retrieve the specific notes for the wrapup you need to look it up using the conversationId and the participantId
and this Genesys Cloud API endpoint: GET /api/v2/conversations/callbacks/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/wrapup.
