Call Stats By Planning Group

My WFM team feel they should be able to see the full range of call metrics by planning group.
I see no possible way to do this, but they insist it should be. Looking at the intraday screens and all available APIs the only data I see natively at the planning group level is the forecast info, everything else the various screens are manually pulling from the aggregate APIs based on the the agents who meet the definition of the planning group at the time it runs.

Am I missing something?
