Callback configuration

I figured it out since outbound dialing is working for us now. No need to reply

I am trying to understand the purpose of these 3 callback configuration at the queue level.

Automatically start and end callbacks
Callbacks will automatically dial after
Dispositioned callbacks will automatically end after

I have try to read the documentation in the start center, but can't see the purpose off them. You would say just give it a try! You are right. Unfortunately for the moment outbound call cannot be done for different reason. No outbound, no callback. Does anyone have answer for me? Many Thanls!
