We have noticed that when we get a recording of a conversation and the dual channel is enabled,
we get 2 mediaUris. At our tries the first was always caller's recording and the second was agent's recording.
I would like to ask if this happens always at recordings. Is the first mediaUri the caller recording and the second mediaUri the agent recording?
Is there any case where the two mediaUris alternate?
I believe that's always the case on inbound calls because the caller is the first participant and is the first to be recorded. It may potentially be different if the external party isn't the first to be recorded. While the order of recordings can typically be assumed to have meaning, they are not sorted and no order is guaranteed.
