Campaign members not created on Genesys Cloud

Hello, We are using Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and after deploying into production a new error has appeared when we try to add a new campaign member:

Failed to ADD_CONTACTS: {"message":"The contact columns do not match what is required in the list","code":"invalid.contact.columns","status":400,"messageWithParams":"The contact columns do not match what is required in the list","messageParams":{"columnName":"[sortOrder, timeZone, sf_urlpop, Phone, Last Name, Name, Contact ID, Lead ID, Campaign ID, Campaign Member ID, name]"},"contextId":"0d0f29ca-5161-48d8-8710-5cf5bab4e352","details":[],"errors":[]}.

We don't know exactly why is it happening as in our sandbox it was working correctly.
