Do you know if there is any incident regarding this? ? We have tested it in preview, progressive and predictive and the same thing happens, and the contact list contains their correct time zone, Europe/Paris or Europe/Madrid.
And then when we download the list of contacts, ININ OUTBOUND NOT CONTACTABLE TIME appears, but it only happens with the time set, and only when said time ends, which is when it goes crazy. It is very strange since the rest of the contacts have been called well, If we remove the schedule there is no error.
