Currently, you need to wait for them to be ACD assigned before you can disconnect them. Do you have a specific use case for disconnecting emails in queue? There is a project that's being chartered for this work, so I can add your use case to it.

Yes, there is a use case that user may create a conversation by mistake and decides to cancel/disconnect the conversation as he is on wrong side.
