Hi william.rizzo,

Can you give more details about what API you are attempting to use? Is it a Genesys API or 3rd party? What kind of authentication, if any, is required to access the endpoint?

I highly recommend that you get experience authenticating to and using the API using a tool like postman before trying to create a data action for the API.
