Can we send encrypted data for APIs

Hi,

Does Genesys Cloud support encrypted data transfer via API calls.

Hi Vageesan,

If you mean encrypting the JSON request and response payload then the answer is no. The Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal can be used to create a feature request for this.

Just to add to this, all communication with the Genesys Cloud API is done over HTTPS so no data is sent in plain text.
