Hi. We're looking for feedback about our new BETA Talent Showcase for Genesys Creators (developers and Genesys experts like you!). We hope the Talent Showcase will connect our customers with Genesys Creators around the world. And let Creators showcase their skills, certifications and expertise to our global Genesys audience.

Thank you a lot for this opportunity. Off course, It would be a pleasure for me to be part of this great proposal. If you share with me the BETA site I will register as an Individual creator as you requested.

And also, yes sir, It would be a pleasure for me to participate of the Creator Story Channel the next year, and get the role requirements done by showing my experience and user cases that we did in Latinoamerica, as a company. Base on you said, I consider that I would be in the role of the "The next generation of CX professional" because I have been working with both Genesys PureCloud/PureConnect solutions since 2 years ago, or "People who have followed an interesting/unusual career path to becoming a Genesys Creator" due to not only my both IT Bachelor´s degrees (Software systems engineering and telematics engineering) but also the pass exams and certifications that I got in Genesys University.
