Cannot connect Dialogflow CX to inboundchat flows

Even though we have already configured Dialogflow CX in our Architect and we can use it without any problem for both inbound short messages and inbound calls, in the inbound chat flows this option is not available.

While for messages and calls we have both options available (dialogflow and dialogflow CX), for chat only the regular dialogflow ES appears.

¿Are we missing anything regarding this integration?

Hello Julio,

Dialogflow CX is more recent than ES, and available only with Call and Message Flows: see the Call Dialogflow CX Bot action documented here.
I would recommend that you evaluate migration from web chat to our newest Web Messaging channel, to support DF-CX.
