Hi,
During an outband Campaing started, the agent schedule Callback when he cannot reach a contact
then he write a note for this contact (on the right column of the Purecloud agent interface "Notes"),
If this contact call back the agent before the scheduled time (inbound call), his informations appears automatically to the agent with the note that was entered previously, however, the agent cannot open this note and update it
Do you know if this is possible ?
