Can't edit dashboards in website

We are having an odd issue that started when the dashboard beta went live.
Half of our users can no longer edit dashboards in Chrome or Edge. Chrome is what our company uses.
When searching queue or wrap code to set up a widget in a dashboard it gives error: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION.

Support came back saying it is being caused by https://dhqbrvplips7x.cloudfront.net/directory/11.16.0-3/assets/images/ico/genesys-logo-red.ico' from origin 'https://apps.mypurecloud.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Our internal IT sees a policy that sets the homepage when the browser launches causing the issue.

It works in App. But our leaders who use dashboards only use Chrome.
They have determined that it is not related to the beta and we left the beta as part of troubleshooting.

Any ideas?

Hi,

We've reproduced this issue and have tracked it down to the interaction of a the dropdown list form control element with a new version of Chrome & Chromium (which Edge also uses); because of the nature of the issue, it is not isolated to analytics dashboards. We're working to figure out how we can fix it on our end until Chrome/Chromium releases a fix.

I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

Maisey

Thank you for the reply. It's a good start to know it's not on our end and is being investigated.
