Can't get values with analysticsApi

I used postAnalyticsConversationsAggregatesQuery to get the value, but I haven't got any data since March 20 of Japan time.

Since WebSocket Heartbeat is normal, I don't think my module has a connection problem.

Is the event confirmed on the PureCloud side?

Check to make sure your interval and filters are correct. Whether or not your app is using notifications (WebSocket) is irrelevant to getting data from an analytics request. If you're sure that your queries are correct and that data should exist for them, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate further as customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the forum.
