Hello.
In order to set the call end time to the CRM, when state="disconnected" with purpose="customer" is received in the participants data, it is judged as "end of external call".
However, there were cases where state="disconnected" did not come.
Please tell us the specifications of the cases in which state="disconnected" does not come.
Example 1: state="disconnected" does not come when an external call is terminated, but state="terminated" comes after the after call work (wrap-up code input) is completed.
Example 2: state="terminated" is received at the end of the call (before the after call work input).
