Change display name for webhook notification

Hello,

I'm working on configuring a webhook integration that posts notifications to chat. All the messages are posted from a user with the display name "Generic", is there a way to change that something meaningful?

No, it is not possible to change the "Generic" display name.

I have the same issue and would like to have the user's name in the webhook JSON such that the receiving system can display that to the receiving person. Created an Idea for it:
