My customer would like to display all chat text in French currently it shows connecting..., waiting for agent..... NAME joined the conversation and the initial chat message all in English, would it be possible to change this?
I believe that's the welcomeMessage property you can set in the chat configuration. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/webchat/
