Hello everyone,
We currently use a secure flow to take our customers' credit card information and send it into our payment system.
We have created an action in purecloud to get the result of the secure data action in the secure flow, but we need to do it automatically after returning to the agent.
Does anyone know how to change the script page when the call returns to the agent? With this we can perform the data action from the page properties.
