Change the behavior of the agent typing indicator

Hi, we have a requirement, which is, in the web chat even if the agent has paused typing the message but has not sent it yet, the typing indicator on the client side UI should remain displayed. I have looked up the documentations but not found how to make this working. Need help on implementing this. Maybe adding a timeout property with increased wait time till the typing notification disappears? I need to know whether we have a built-in feature like this.

It doesn't appear that this feature has been implemented. Please feel free to submit an idea on our idea portal and have the community vote on it so our product management can become aware of this need.
