Changing attribute call.ani in Architect

Hi,
Is it possible to modify the call.ani attribute in a way so we replace the + with 00 in a telephone number.

The reason is we have a customer using Salesforce for Genesys Cloud integration and some of the accounts in Salesforce have 00 instead of + as the start of their telephone number. For instant +4793448066 is registered as 004793448066. The the screenpop fails because the account is not found.

If the modifications is not possible, is there other ways to solve this? Can we make a new attribute that replace call.ani in the Salesforce integration?

I don't believe you can change the call.ani attribute but you can change the screen pop behavior in the Salesforce adapter. For instance you could have it call a VisualForce page where you could snag the call.ani and analyze its format and alter before searching in Salesforce.
