Chat Log through API

Hello,

I can see the chat log in the Interaction in PureCloud's UI, but is it possible to get it through the API? I couldn't find this.

I would like to use it to send it by mail to the customer and update our ticket in Zendesk.

The only way to access a chat transcript is via retrieving the chat's recording after the chat has completed. There isn't currently an API to get chat messages aside from the recording.
