Our web developers have reported that Safari browser is not adding the “purecloud-chat-available” class based on the configured chat schedule. Though this is working fine for the other browsers that they have tested with.
Any thoughts on that?

That sounds like a pretty straightforward bug in the core product. Please open a ticket with PureCloud Support for further investigation.
