Chat Widget v2 and Chat Flow

Hello Team,

According to last week Release note (https://help.mypurecloud.com/releasenote/november-6-2019/) chat flow are now available for Chat Widget v2. But I'm couldn't make it work ... The documentation is still mentioning that "targetType" can only have "Queue" as value.
I tried to se it to "Flow" and I got the following error in return :

{"status":400,"code":"invalid.value","message":"Value [FLOW] is not valid for field type [TargetType]. Allowable values are: QUEUE"}

Is there another parameter to use for Chat Flow ?

Overall, we are moving towards configuring the widget via the admin ui vs directly on the website. This allows our customers to make quicker changes to the widget without having to change the website.

Nothing to do with Chat Flow, but would you know if we can change the avatar picture in the Widget v2 ?
I know it is possible in Widget v1.1 but in v2, I didn't find anything in the documentation. And looking at the source page, I'm seeing the avatar image as a SVG file ...

Do you mean the agent avatar? You can set the agent image in PureCloud and the new widget works with the agent image as well.

Oh ! Okay. So it will depend on what the agent put as profil picture !
I guess the customer will need to check what their agents are using as profile picture then :sweat_smile:
