Is there a plan to enable co-browse in widget v1.1, or flows for v1.0? Now that chat flows have been released, I'm very interested to know when/if we'll get a widget that supports co-browse, flows & authenticated chat.
We do plan to offer cobrowse for v1.1. We do not plan to offer chat flows for v1.0.

Because we are having issues with reconnect for v1.X and v.2.0 seems to handle that better.
Yes, we are planning on offering chat flows along with the new widget. We are working through a few minor items before making this available.
Do you have a care ticket open for the reconnect issues? All the widgets should be able to handle reconnects, although the technical details are a bit different between v1.0 and the other ones. v1.1 and v2.0 use the new chat APIs, which provides a different reconnect mechanism from an API perspective, but reconnects should still work.
I'll verify the ticket with our support partner. I forgot to ask, what about "authenticated chat" feature? Is/how is this planned for v2.0?
Overall, the goal is to have the new widget provide most of the functionality that the other widget has. This includes authenticated chat, chat flows, cobrowse, etc.
At this time, we don't have authenticated chat or cobrowse work scheduled. Chat flows will be coming soon.
