We have setup the Cloud CX from Salesforce and Genesys but voicemails are not working.
Scenario 1: Voicemail left to user- No notification on salesforce but message can be played in Genesys UI.
Scenario2: Voicemail left on queue level. A callback is created and received on Salesforce but no way to listen voicemail.
Anyone faced similar issue and found solution for the same? Any thoughts/ inputs
