Co-Browse Setting?

I am not sure where this is set, but when an agent has the co-browse/screen-share connecting to a users' screen, when the agent requests control of the users computer, the prompt that comes up is "undefinedundefined" requests control...

Where can I change that verbiage?

I think you need to set the agent's alias: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-an-agent-alias-name-and-image/
