Co-Browser set up for chat?

I would like to add co-browser to my chat set up, however I have an initial sticking point. The online directions state that I should get a deployment key (IE: "Under Contact Center, click Co-browse.").

The problem is that in my admin page, under Contact Center, I do not have the Co-Browse option. How do I get or install this?
