When using the co-browse session, we can see a default image for the avatar of Purecloud agent. Where can we modify this image?
I tried setting up a profile picture to the agent, tried to add a property agentAvatar in the cobrowse config initialization, but each time I keep a default image.
You are correct to use the agentAvatar property in the config per the documentation. If you are setting it per the example, please open a ticket with PureCloud Care for further investigation.
Thank you. For info I am referring to the Voice Co-Browsing. It is not clear as the agentAvatar is only mentioned for the Chat co browsing.
