I have a situation regarding the web messaging cobrowse.
I made the configuration and activated the cobrowse option, however, when requesting co-browsing, the widget does not show us the buttons to accept or reject.
I share the image with the error displayed by the browser (Chrome).

'prod' is a valid environment, it's strange the Messenger would be running fine but the Co-browse proposal would fail like this. I've tried to reproduce the issue in prod/USE1 and i'm not seeing this.
Could you please open a Genesys Care ticket and share the org id, conversation id, and whether you are able to reproduce this issue consistently?
