Combine/transfer customer chat sessions

Hello,

If one customer starts a chat via guest chat api and another customer starts a chat via web-widget, is it possible to combine both chat sessions or to transfer one customer to the session of the other one?
I have found a 'blind transfer' (https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/conversations/transfer.html), but there is only a replace option for participants.

I don't believe two external chat participants with no Genesys Cloud participant is a supported use case. You can request new features and share your use case at http://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/.
