Summary: Analytics will soon provide an endpoint for IVR flow aggregate metrics and include IVR flows on conversation details
Impact: We are adding support for IVR flow metrics such as time in flow (tFlow), time spent on a particular flow outcome (tFlowOutcome), and counts for failed outcomes (nFlowOutcomeFailed). More information will be available in Developer Center closer to the actual release.

The IVR Flow feature is currently in Beta. You can learn more about the capabilities and metrics by visiting the following articles in the resource center: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/flow-performance-detail-view/
