Is there any documentation that explains how company directory speech recognition works in Architect? I'm trying to determine why we have inconsistent behavior with its ability to recognize names for dial by name prompts. There seems to be no rhyme or reason regarding if a name will be detected.
I may state a seemingly simple name such as Mike Smith or Bob Jones and they are not detected but names with multiple syllables such as Benjamin, or last names with potentially unknown pronunciations such as Ostlund or Blosser work fine.
Since the system doesn't provide any useful feedback about why a name wasn't recognized, troubleshooting is very difficult. Is the system timing-out when searching? Am I saying "Corey" but the system detects "Lori" or "Connie"? Is there some internal error unrelated to the recognition?
We've had Case #0003535468 open since July of this year with no light at the end of tunnel so I'm looking for other ways to investigate.
